About ZamiiStay

ZamiiStay is a Kenya-focused rental marketplace built to help property owners, apartment owners, and verified rental agents connect around short-term rental opportunities.

Our goal is simple: make it easier for owners to publish available rental spaces and for agents to discover approved listings that match client needs, location, and budget.

ZamiiStay is designed for discovery, visibility, and trust. It is not a direct checkout, escrow, or guaranteed booking platform.

How ZamiiStay Works

Owners create accounts, upload property photos, add property details, manage listing availability and blocked dates, and publish listings for review.
Agents create accounts, verify their identity where required, search approved listings, send inquiries, and request owner contact access when permitted by the platform.

Once an agent identifies a suitable listing, any final negotiation, viewing arrangement, payment, meeting, or rental agreement happens outside ZamiiStay directly between the owner and agent or renter.

What ZamiiStay Does Not Do

ZamiiStay does not currently process rental payments, hold deposits, provide escrow, guarantee bookings, guarantee property condition, or act as a party to rental agreements made outside the platform.

Listings on ZamiiStay are marketplace listings. They are not automatic booking confirmations.

Users are responsible for completing their own due diligence before meeting, paying, signing agreements, or occupying any property.

Trust And Verification

ZamiiStay is built around practical trust controls, including:

Admin review of submitted listings before public visibility.
Approved listing status before listings appear in the marketplace.
Email verification for account access and password recovery.
Agent verification before access to gated owner contact details, where applicable.
Moderated reviews to help reduce abuse, spam, and misleading activity.
Admin tools for removing suspicious listings, blocking accounts, and responding to safety reports.

ZamiiStay works to improve trust on the platform, but users should not treat platform approval as a full offline inspection, legal verification, safety guarantee, or financial guarantee.
