Use this page to report suspicious listings, fake accounts, scams, harassment, misleading property information, or other unsafe platform behavior.
When To Report A Concern
Users can report concerns such as:
- Suspicious listings or fake property offers.
- Fake accounts or impersonation.
- Scam behavior or suspicious deposit requests.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct.
- Misleading photos, false pricing, or false availability.
- Unsafe platform behavior or other trust concerns.
How To Submit A Report
Privacy Concerns
For personal-data complaints, deletion requests, or privacy questions, contact the privacy team.

What To Include In Your Report
Please include the following where available:
- Listing title or profile name.
- Account name or visible contact details.
- Screenshots or other supporting evidence.
- A short explanation of the concern.
- Your contact details for follow-up, if needed.
What ZamiiStay May Do After Review
After reviewing a report or detecting suspicious activity, ZamiiStay may:
- Ask the user for more information.
- Issue a warning.
- Edit, hide, reject, or remove a listing.
- Remove photos or reviews.
- Restrict gated contact access.
- Suspend an account.
- Permanently ban an account.
- Preserve records for safety, legal, or dispute purposes.
- Contact authorities where legally required or where serious safety concerns exist.
An approved listing means ZamiiStay has allowed the listing to appear in the marketplace after platform moderation. Approval does not mean ZamiiStay has physically inspected the property, confirmed legal ownership, verified all offline facts, guaranteed safety, or guaranteed that the listing will result in a successful rental.

ZamiiStay is not an emergency response service. If you are facing an urgent physical emergency, personal safety threat, crime, fire, medical emergency, or immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate local authorities immediately.
