ZamiiStay is a Kenya-focused rental marketplace that allows owners to publish rental listings and allows verified agents to discover approved rental supply.

ZamiiStay facilitates discovery and coordination. ZamiiStay does not currently provide direct checkout, escrow, guaranteed bookings, rental payment processing, property inspection guarantees, or legal representation in rental agreements.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate account information.
• Use the platform for lawful rental marketplace purposes.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Users are responsible for all activity under their accounts.

• Create fake accounts.
• Impersonate another person, agent, owner, company, or organization.
• Use another person's account without permission.
• Provide false verification information.
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users.
• Use ZamiiStay for fraud, spam, scams, harassment, or unlawful activity.

ZamiiStay is not a party to offline rental negotiations, viewing arrangements, payments, deposits, agreements, meetings, or occupancy decisions made between users.

Any agreement reached outside ZamiiStay is solely between the parties involved.

Users are responsible for verifying property details, ownership or authority to rent, payment terms, viewing arrangements, safety conditions, and any written rental agreement before proceeding.

Owners must provide truthful, current, and accurate listing information.

Listings must include accurate property details, pricing, availability, location information, photos, and descriptions.

• Fake listings.
• Duplicate listings intended to manipulate visibility.
• Stolen photos.
• Misleading descriptions.
• Properties they do not own or have authority to list.
• Unavailable properties presented as available.
• Public contact details intended to bypass ZamiiStay trust or gated-contact controls.

A listing marked approved means it has passed ZamiiStay's platform moderation process for marketplace visibility.

Approval does not mean ZamiiStay has physically inspected the property, guaranteed the property's condition, verified legal ownership, guaranteed safety, or guaranteed that a rental agreement will be completed.

Where applicable, owner contact details are shared only with verified agents who meet ZamiiStay's access requirements.

Users may not bypass, scrape, copy, repost, or misuse gated contact information.

ZamiiStay may remove contact access from any account that abuses the system.

ZamiiStay may offer paid featured listing placement.

Payment for a featured listing buys extra visibility only. It does not guarantee listing approval, rental success, agent interest, booking completion, income, search ranking permanence, or user engagement.

Featured listings must still comply with ZamiiStay listing rules and safety policies.

If a featured listing is rejected, removed, or suspended for policy violations, ZamiiStay may deny a refund unless a refund is required by applicable law or stated in a separate refund policy.

Users may post reviews only when based on honest, relevant marketplace experience.

• Reviews may not include threats, hate speech, harassment, private personal information, false claims, spam, or content intended to damage another user unfairly.
• ZamiiStay may moderate, hide, or remove reviews that violate platform rules.

• Scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse platform data.
• Spam users or send unsolicited messages.
• Circumvent verification, approval, or gated-contact controls.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or deceptive links.
• Use the platform for fraud, scams, harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, or unsafe conduct.
• Post misleading prices, false availability, or fake property details.
• Misrepresent identity, agency status, property ownership, or authority to list.
• Interfere with platform security or admin controls.

By uploading listings, photos, descriptions, reviews, or other content, you give ZamiiStay permission to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, format, and share that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.

You confirm that you have the right to upload and share the content you submit.

You remain responsible for your content.

ZamiiStay may warn, restrict, suspend, permanently ban, or remove users, listings, reviews, images, or content if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms, the Safety / Listing Policy, law, user safety, or platform trust.

ZamiiStay may take action with or without prior notice depending on the seriousness of the issue.

ZamiiStay provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

• Listings will result in rentals.
• Properties are available at the time of contact.
• Users are who they claim to be.
• A property is safe, lawful, or suitable.
• Offline agreements will be honored.
• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZamiiStay is not responsible for losses arising from offline negotiations, failed rental agreements, user fraud, property condition, payment disputes, personal meetings, third-party conduct, or user-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

Users agree to first contact ZamiiStay at legal@zamiihub.org to attempt informal resolution of platform-related disputes.

Offline rental disputes between owners, agents, renters, landlords, or third parties remain the responsibility of the parties involved.

ZamiiStay may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the platform, by email, or by updating the effective date.

Continued use of ZamiiStay after updates means the user accepts the updated Terms.
